Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) Location: Slough Area Full-Time | Permanent About the Role A leading organisation in planned maintenance is seeking a customer-focused Resident Liaison Officer to support residents throughout refurbishment works, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience. Key Responsibilities • Maintain confidentiality of resident information in line with GDPR • Understand project scope, programme, and planned activities • Schedule appointments and manage access via internal systems • Produce weekly reports for site and contract teams • Prepare and distribute resident communications • Respond to resident enquiries and provide timely updates • Monitor and promote high levels of customer satisfaction • Adapt communication to meet diverse resident needs • Support compliance with Social Housing Consumer Standards • Report property concerns such as damp or mould • Record Resident Satisfaction Scores accurately • Log all interactions and escalate issues when required • Identify and report safeguarding or vulnerability concerns • Work collaboratively with clients, teams, and contractors • Attend project meetings and contribute to service improvements About You • Experience in a customer-focused or resident-facing role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good IT skills including MS Office and job systems • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented • Positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude • Empathetic and able to build trust with residents If this role is of interest, please reach out to Charles Howe of Tradeline Recruitment directly via email or mobile
