Palletising Operative

Work as part of a production team operating palletising and packaging equipment to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality. Support warehouse operations and promote a strong health and safety culture. Key Responsibilities * Operate and set up packing and labelling machinery, carrying out quality checks * Build and transfer pallets with accurate labelling and traceability * Maintain material flow and manage stock for production lines * Monitor performance, report risks, and support multiple lines as needed * Perform equipment changeovers and report faults promptly * Follow safety procedures and maintain clean working areas * Collaborate with teams and ensure effective shift handovers Skills and Experience * Understanding of production environments and teamwork * Good communication skills * Experience in manufacturing or warehousing is helpful but not required * Knowledge of food safety or manual handling is an advantage (training provided)
