About the role
We are working with a fast-growing UK consultancy that is looking to hire its first dedicated Lead Generation Executive.
This is a confidential hire for a business that has grown strongly through referrals and trusted networks to date. As they move into their next stage of growth, they are now investing in a more structured and proactive approach to new business development.
This is a foundational role with significant ownership. You will be responsible for building the company’s outbound pipeline from the ground up, working closely with senior leadership to generate and develop new commercial opportunities.
The role:
You will take ownership of outbound lead generation and pipeline development, focusing on identifying and engaging senior decision-makers within target organisations.
This is a research-led, consultative role where success is about quality of conversation and opportunity creation, not high-volume activity alone.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and researching target organisations and key stakeholders
Building and managing a prospect pipeline from scratch
Running outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone
Engaging senior stakeholders in consultative conversations
Understanding business challenges and qualifying opportunities
Securing meetings and progressing opportunities into proposal stage
Maintaining accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking
Working closely with senior stakeholders to hand over qualified opportunities.
This is not a transactional sales role. The focus is on identifying meaningful business problems and opening high-value conversations.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in lead generation, SDR, or business development roles
Is confident running outbound outreach and building pipeline independently
Communicates well with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Takes a consultative and curious approach to sales
Is highly organised and self-motivated
Is comfortable working remotely and managing their own activity
Is excited by building something from the ground up
This is particularly well suited to someone looking to move into a more consultative, high-value sales environment with greater ownership and impact.
