£13.53 Per Hour / No Sleep–Ins / Domiciliary Care / 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern

We are looking for dedicated Female Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive domiciliary care team, providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. This role offers a consistent 4 days on / 4 days off rota, giving you a great work-life balance while building a meaningful career in care.

•        Experienced in care (preferred but not essential)

•         Location: Southampton and surrounding areas.

•        Contract Type: Full-Time hours: and 1400-2200

•        Salary: £13.53 Per Hour + 40p Per Mile

•        Females only due to the Nature of Personal care.

•        A driving licence and own vehicle (Required)

•        Weekend Availability (Required)

•        Specific Hours: Structured 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (No sleep-ins)

 

What You’ll Be Doing:
 Providing personal care and daily support to clients in their own homes
 Companionship building meaningful relationships
 Helping with light domestic tasks and shopping trips
 Supporting with medication administration
 Keeping accurate records via our easy-to-use app
