• Creates a warm, nurturing and engaging classroom environment
• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS Curriculum
• Able to lead 6-8 members of staff
• Differentiates teaching to support needs of all learners
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience Teaching in EYFS (ECT's are welcome with strong reference from last placement)
• A current DBS
