Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative Location: West London Full-Time | Temp to Permanent We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a professional and friendly team covering sites across West London. This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity working within a mobile grounds maintenance team alongside an experienced Team Leader. The role involves maintaining a variety of high-end residential developments, office blocks, and court premises to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: * Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and pruning * General grounds and landscape maintenance * Leaf clearance and litter picking * Maintaining communal outdoor areas * Using grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively * Travelling between multiple sites daily with the team Requirements: * Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred * Full UK driving licence advantageous * Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team * Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards What’s on Offer: * Full-time hours – 8-hour shifts / 40 hours per week * Temp-to-permanent opportunity * Working with an established and supportive team * Varied work across prestigious sites in West London If you are looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing team, we would like to hear from you
