Senior Parts Advisor Automotive Location: Nottingham Salary: £30,800 £34,300 OTE Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A busy automotive dealership in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Senior Parts Advisor to join their high-performing aftersales team.

Responsibilities Handling parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person Sourcing and ordering vehicle parts using manufacturer systems Supporting trade, retail, and workshop parts requirements Maintaining stock levels and inventory accuracy Preparing quotations and processing invoices Supporting and mentoring junior team members Ensuring KPIs, deadlines, and service standards are met Building strong relationships with internal teams and customers Requirements Previous experience in a Senior Parts Advisor role Strong automotive parts knowledge (manufacturer experience advantageous) Experience supporting or mentoring team members Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident using dealer systems (e.g.
