Strategic Supply Planning Leader

Pod Talent Ltd has partnered with a Welsh manufacturing business to recruit a Supply Planning Manager. The role focuses on leading the supply planning function across manufacturing and distribution, ensuring product availability while balancing service, inventory, and cost.

The position is based in South Wales with three days in the office. You will manage supplier performance, develop the planning team, and drive improvements through cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Commercial,
