12 Month FTC
£60K - £70K per annum
Remote based from Manchester / Leeds / Birmingham / Bristol
Forward Role is working with a well-established, partnership-led professional services organisation to recruit a Reward Partner into their growing Reward function.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with the Head of Reward, HR, Finance and senior stakeholders across the business, playing a key role in delivering complex compensation and reward projects at scale.
As the Reward Partner, you'll take ownership of a range of compensation-focused initiatives, with particular emphasis on:
Market benchmarking and job evaluation
Job architecture and framework embedding
Annual pay and bonus review cycles
EU Pay Transparency projects
Reward modelling and analysis
You'll be hands-on with data, comfortable working with confidential information, and confident in translating complex insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
Proven experience in a Reward / Compensation role, ideally within professional services or a partnership-led organisation
Strong working knowledge of WTW / Towers Watson job evaluation methodologies
Experience with job architecture and benchmarking programmes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong project management capability
Advanced Excel skills (including lookups, pivot tables and modelling)
Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
