An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-regarded care provider. This position is being advertised on behalf of our client, who is looking for a confident clinical professional to support the delivery of outstanding care within a residential/nursing home setting.
?? The Role As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with nurses, carers, and the wider management team to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and governance are consistently delivered. You will play a key role in supporting residents wellbeing, leading the nursing team, and contributing to continuous clinical improvement.
?? Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred clinical care
Lead, guide, and support the nursing and care team
Make informed clinical decisions and respond effectively under pressure
Promote and implement best practices in nursing care
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations
Support safeguarding processes and ensure adherence to DOLS and governance frameworks
Mentor, train, and develop staff to enhance clinical capability
Build and maintain positive working relationships across the team
?? Skills & Experience Strong clinical skillset with confidence in leading a nursing team
Previous management experience or experience supervising a small team
Ability to make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment
Passion for high standards of nursing care and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance
?? Qualifications NMC registered xwzovoh nurse with relevant post-registration experience
