School Chefs Required – Enhanced DBS Essential

Bristol and Surrounding Locations | Up to £23.00 per Hour (DOE) | Weekly Pay

Berkeley Scott are recruiting experienced School Chefs for a range of temporary assignments across Bristol and the surrounding locations ahead of the new school term in September.

We work with a variety of primary schools, secondary schools, academies and educational settings, providing temporary chef cover for holidays, sickness, vacancies and additional operational support. We are looking for dependable chefs who can hit the ground running in busy catering environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing and serving nutritious meals for pupils and staff
• Supporting the day-to-day running of school kitchens
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Catering for allergens and special dietary requirements
• Assisting with stock control, food preparation and kitchen cleanliness

Essential Requirements:

• Previous Chef experience within schools, education catering, care homes, contract catering or high-volume kitchens
• A current Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate
