You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders to deliver change across complex, high-security environments.The roleLead business change activity across transformation programmesDevelop and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communicationsAssess organisational readiness and manage resistance to changeWork closely with programme and delivery teams to embed new ways of workingSupport benefits realisation and track adoption post-go-liveWhat you’ll needActive eDV clearance (non-negotiable)Proven experience in business change or transformation roles, ideally within defence, security, or governmentStrong stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating at senior levelExperience with change frameworks (Prosci, APMG, or similar)Confident communicator, able to translate complexity into clear actionWhat’s on offerSalary or day rate flexible, dependent on experience – open to both permanent and contract applicantsLong-term programme with genuine national impactAccess to high-profile, complex delivery work not open to the wider marketInterested?
