If you’re an experienced claims professional looking for your next step as a Third Party Claims Handler, this role offers the chance to work on varied and complex motor claims where your decisions directly influence outcomes. This Third Party Claims Handler position provides exposure to higher-value and more technical files while supporting your long-term development. Package & Benefits
• Salary £28,000–£33,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end third-party motor and property damage claims within a busy caseload.
• Investigate liability and support decision-making on complex and disputed claims.
• Handle credit hire claims including validation, negotiation, and cost control activity.
• Liaise professionally with insurers, solicitors, and external stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle.
About You
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in motor claims, ideally within a third-party environment.
• Strong understanding of liability assessment and claims negotiation.
• Working towards or willing to complete CII qualification with employer support.
