PPA Cover Supervisor

We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to provide support within an SEN school in Bournemouth. Key Responsibilities Whole Class Teaching: Deliver pre-planned, high-quality lessons during teacher PPA time, ensuring continuity in learning. Subject Specialism: Often, PPA cover involves teaching specialist subjects like PE, Art, Music, or Modern Foreign Languages (MFL). Behaviour Management: Maintain high standards of behaviour, participation, and presentation in line with the school's policy. Assessment & Feedback: Mark work, monitor progress during lessons, and provide constructive feedback to class teachers. Preparation: Prepare classroom materials, resources, and equipment, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. Flexibility: Adapt to working across different year groups and key stages. Support: Support pupils' social, emotional, and learning needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
