Chartered Building Surveyor

This is a permanent, full-time position within a multidisciplinary consultancy delivering both professional and project surveying services across commercial property. Responsibilities * Deliver dilapidations and landlord and tenant advice * Undertake due diligence and acquisition surveys * Manage project work including contract administration * Advise clients on technical and sustainability matters * Support client development and new business generation Requirements * Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline * MRICS qualified * Experience in commercial property surveying * Delivery across professional and project instructions * Strong client-facing capability Salary & Package * £50,000 – £60,000 base salary * Performance bonus and commission scheme * Car allowance and pension * Private healthcare and life assurance * Hybrid and flexible working 📩 Apply with your CV or contact directly for further details
