Assistant Site Manager House Building £43,000 - £51,000 DOE Edinburgh & Lothians Assistant Site Managers required to support the successful delivery of residential developments across Edinburgh and the Lothians for a private large scale house builder with a national footprint. Working closely with the Site Manager and Construction Manager, you will help oversee daily site operations, ensuring programs are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will assist in co-ordinating labour, plant and materials while maintaining strong communication with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider project team. The role will involve supporting site health & safety compliance, monitoring progress against programme targets, helping manage subcontractor performance and contributing to a proactive working environment on site. You will also assist with customer care and quality control throughout the build process. Applicants should have previous experience within housebuilding or residential construction and a good understanding of NHBC standards. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication and the ability to work well within a fast-paced site team are essential.
