We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join our fantastic team in our Manchester location.
About the Role:

As a Chef de Partie, youll play a key role in the kitchen team, ensuring that every dish reflects the creativity, consistency, and precision that Chotto Matte is known for. Youll manage your section with confidence, work closely with senior chefs, and support the smooth running of service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to Chotto Matte standards
Manage and maintain your section and stock control
Work collaboratively with senior chefs and the wider kitchen team
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards at all times
Support smooth and efficient service during high-volume operations
Contribute creative ideas while respecting brand standards and recipes
Train and mentor junior chefs in your xwzovoh section
Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a premium or high-volume restaurant
Strong technical cooking skills and understanding of kitchen operations
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented with a desire to learn and grow
