About the Role An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Guest Experience Manager to join a prestigious luxury hotel and resort set within a stunning countryside estate in Hertfordshire.
This role is suited to a highly polished hospitality professional with a passion for delivering memorable, personalised guest experiences. You will take ownership of the guest journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the highest standards of service, attention to detail, and operational excellence.
Working closely with senior leadership and front-of-house teams, you will play a key role in shaping service culture, enhancing guest satisfaction, and elevating the overall experience across the property.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and elevate the end-to-end guest experience across all departments
Lead by example in delivering warm, intuitive, and personalised service
Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements
Train and develop front-of-house teams to maintain exceptional service standards
Collaborate with departmental leaders to ensure a seamless guest journey
Handle VIP guests, special requests, and service recovery with professionalism
Drive a culture of excellence, attention to detail, and guest-centric thinking
Ensure consistency in service delivery across all areas of the property
Ideal Candidate Profile Current or recent experience as a Guest Experience Manager, Front Office Manager, or senior FOH leader within a luxury hotel or resort
Background in high-end hospitality environments with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident handling high-profile guests and complex service scenarios xwzovoh
Professional, polished, and service-driven mindset
