Technical Assistant | Beverage Manufacturing 🚨 Looking to develop your technical career within the drinks industry? 🚨 I'm working with an innovative beverage manufacturer seeking a Technical Assistant to support their Technical Manager across food safety, quality, compliance and supplier management activities. Key responsibilities include: ✅ HACCP, TACCP & VACCP support ✅ Supplier approval & ingredient compliance ✅ Internal, customer & third-party audits ✅ BRCGS, GMP & food safety compliance ✅ Specifications, artwork & label reviews ✅ CAPA investigations & technical documentation ✅ Supporting NPD and continuous improvement projects ✅ QA cover when required What we're looking for: 🔹 Experience within alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverage manufacturing 🔹 HACCP Level 3+ qualification 🔹 Internal Auditor qualification 🔹 Knowledge of BRCGS, GMP, food legislation and beverage labelling requirements 🔹 Strong attention to detail and organisational skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you'll gain exposure to all areas of technical, quality and compliance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 📩 Interested?
