VNA Operative (Rider-Up) Pay: Starting at £13.82 - increases after training & full time contract Location: Knowsley, L34 Shifts: 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00 Days: 4-on-4-off (2 days, 2 nights) You must have a VNA Rider-Up licence to apply for this role, we cannot accept a Counterbalance or Reach. About the Role We are looking for an experienced VNA Forklift Operative to join our busy warehouse operation. You will be responsible for operating a Very Narrow Aisle truck to move, store and retrieve stock safely and efficiently within high‑racking systems. This is company will also look to train you on their production machines to become a Multi-Skilled Operative. Key Responsibilities * Operate a VNA forklift truck safely within narrow aisles and high racking * Store, pick and relocate pallets with accuracy * Support inbound and outbound activities * Conduct pre‑shift safety checks and report any faults * Maintain accurate records and follow warehouse processes * Assist the production teams when required * Eventually training and upskilling to assist with production machinery, becoming a multi-skilled operative on a higher pay rate Requirements * Valid VNA Rider Up licence (Inhouse licences accepted) * Previous experience operating a VNA truck in a warehouse environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work safely in tight spaces and at height * Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team * Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment What We Offer * Competitive hourly rate * Investment into training and upskilling, with plenty of progression pathways. * Long-term, stable work with potential for permanent employment * Supportive team and positive working environment If you’re an experienced and confident VNA Operative looking for your next opportunity to eventually become a multi-skilled operative, we’d love to hear from you.
