Senior Accountant / Client Manager (Accountancy Practice)

As you settle into the role, your focus will naturally evolve towards reviewing, mentoring and supporting the Partners, giving you the chance to step away from day-to-day production work and into a more strategic position.What you'll be doing

• Review year-end accounts, personal tax returns and P11Ds
• Prepare statutory accounts during the initial transition period
• Become the go-to reviewer for the wider team
• Support, mentor and develop junior accountants
• Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are achieved
• Build trusted relationships with clients
• Work alongside the Directors to improve processes and support continued growth
