About The Role Job Title - HR Advisor Location: Belfast Contract: Full-Time, Permanent BENEFITS: Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, 35 days holiday + more Join GRAHAM, one of the UK's leading Facilities Management and Construction providers. We are looking for a motivated HR Advisor to join our Belfast-based team on a permanent, hybrid basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide expert HR support to managers and employees across the UK and Ireland, helping to deliver practical people solutions and drive HR best practice. This role is ideal for an experienced HR Advisor or HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in managing a wide range of employee relations matters. Key Responsibilities Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment matters. Support managers with employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, wellbeing and absence management. Assist with recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities. Support TUPE processes and organisational change projects. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Proven experience handling employee relations matters in a fast-paced environment. Confident coaching and influencing managers at all levels. Competent in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Full driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally across the UK and Ireland.
