Registered Manager – Residential

Job Title: Registered Manager – Residential Care Home Location: Little Hallingbury, Hertfordshire (CM22 7PP) Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £45,000 - £46,000 per annum Hours: Full-Time | 5 Days per Week Role Overview We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a well-established residential care home in Little Hallingbury, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate care professional to take responsibility for the overall leadership and management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, governance, staff performance, and regulatory compliance are consistently achieved. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving service quality while fostering a positive and supportive culture for residents, families, and staff.
