An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Capital Transactions Manager to join a high-profile property and regeneration team at the London Borough of Newham. This is a pivotal role responsible for leading complex property acquisitions, disposals and regeneration transactions that directly support the borough's ambitious growth and housing agenda.

Working within the Property Directorate, you will play a key role in delivering a significant capital programme, managing transactions from initial opportunity and appraisal through to negotiation, due diligence and completion. The successful candidate will help drive strategic acquisitions and disposals while ensuring value for money and effective management of financial and commercial risk.

The Role

As Capital Transactions Manager, you will:

Lead the delivery of complex capital transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.

Identify, appraise and negotiate residential, commercial and development opportunities across both on and off-market opportunities.
