We're currently looking for an experienced Working Supervisor to join a housing maintenance team in Billericay , covering reactive repairs and void works .
The Role Supervise and support operatives across reactive and void works
Carry out hands-on maintenance and repair works as required
Monitor quality, productivity, and health & safety
Coordinate workloads and ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard
Liaise with residents, contractors, and management
Help resolve issues on site and ensure works meet required standards
What We're Looking For Previous experience in a working supervisor / supervisor role within social housing or property maintenance
Strong knowledge of reactive repairs and voids
Good understanding of health & safety and quality requirements
Able to lead by example while remaining hands-on
Strong communication and organisational skills
Relevant trade background preferred
Package £190–£210 per day
