The Vacancy Multiskilled Engineer Location: Dungannon Are you a time-served Multi Skilled Engineer looking for a challenging role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a proactive and hands-on engineer to support the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our production facilities in Dungannon. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a wide variety of electrical and mechanical systems, helping to ensure the safe and efficient operation of critical plant and equipment. What You'll Be Doing Carrying out installation work on single-phase and three-phase electrical systems Maintaining and repairing PLC-controlled machinery Diagnosing faults on electrical and mechanical equipment Working with three-phase motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum and blowing systems Performing welding, fabrication, and fabrication repairs Maintaining industrial conveyor systems, augers, and drive systems Supporting steam generation and steam systems Calibrating and maintaining weighing systems and scales Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings Completing planned preventative maintenance activities and associated documentation Participating in fault finding, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects Providing technical support and guidance to production teams when required Essential Time-served Electrical and Mechanical Engineer with industrial experience Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude Proven fault-finding experience on automated machinery Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems effectively Experience working with single-phase and three-phase motors Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Experience working with PLC-controlled machinery Experience of High Voltage Distribution Systems Strong organisational and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to use initiative and make informed decisions Experience within food manufacturing, rendering, or processing environments Why Join Us?
