We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a busy site in Ayrshire for the upcoming summer season .

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the kitchen team during a busy summer period
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen budgets
Ensure compliance with all health & safety and food safety regulations
Train, develop, and motivate team members
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong leadership and organisational xwzovoh skills
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
A hands-on, positive approach with a passion for quality food
