About the role
Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter looking for your next role? SourceCo Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced fitters for a globally known client based in Bromsgrove.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, a proactive approach, and the flexibility to support both workshop and occasional on-site work.
Salary: £31k-£35k Per Annum Bonus Working hours: Monday
- Friday 08:00 to 17:00 What you'll be doing: Strip down and assess industrial gearboxes and motors Carry out fault finding and complete service/job reports Clean and degrease mechanical components Replace faulty gears, shafts, bearings, and seals to manufacturer specifications Assemble and test gearboxes and motors Prepare equipment for dispatch, including painting and finishing Maintain high standards of health & safety within the workshop What we are looking for: Strong mechanical fitting experience (essential) Basic electrical knowledge (ideally) Experience using machining equipment (e.g.
lathes, xwzovoh presses, milling machines) Good level of computer literacy Flexible attitude and willingness to work on customer sites when required Full UK driving licence (ideally) Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential) If you are interested in this role, please apply nowand a consultant will be in touch!
