The Ideal Candidate Will: * Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). * Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain high expectations. * Have good curriculum knowledge across the primary phase. * Be confident in adapting lessons to support pupils of varying abilities and learning needs. * Be passionate about delivering engaging lessons that motivate and challenge learners. * Have excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills. * Be committed to ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
