Panel Beater / MET Technician (Dual Skilled) Swindon | Permanent | £19.50 – £22 Per Hour + Bonus + Overtime This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive bodyshop environment where standards are high, quality is prioritised, and long-term stability is genuinely on offer. You will be working as part of a skilled team, carrying out a wide range of accident repair duties and ensuring vehicles are restored to the highest possible standard. The Role * Carry out high-quality panel repairs and structural work. * Strip and refit vehicles (MET work) as required. * Work on a mix of insurance and private repair jobs. * Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer standards. * Take full ownership of jobs through to completion. * Work as part of a skilled and professional bodyshop team. About You We are looking for someone who has: * Proven experience as both a Panel Beater and MET Technician. * Confidence working across both disciplines on a daily basis. * Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. * Ability to work independently within a well-structured workshop. * A quality-focused approach rather than a volume-driven mindset.
