Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker Lancashire

We are recruiting Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our team across Lancashire, supporting residents within care home settings.

While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
You will be working in a caring, professional environment, helping residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity, comfort and independence. This is a rewarding role for someone who is compassionate, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality care.
Duties may include supporting with personal care, assisting with meals and mobility, providing companionship, following care plans, recording care notes and reporting any concerns to the senior team.
Previous care home experience is desirable, but not essential, as training and support can be provided. We are looking for caring individuals with good communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
