Multi-Trader 📍 East London & Essex | 💷 £23.00ph Umbrella | 🚐 Company Van Provided | Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trader to join a busy reactive maintenance team covering contracts across East London and Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential to move into a permanent position. You will be working across a range of well-established maintenance contracts, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance within occupied residential properties. The Role Carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs within residential properties Completing a broad range of multi-trade works including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting and basic plastering Working across contracts including Barking & Dagenham, Morgan Sindall, Fosters and Delta Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales Providing excellent customer service when working in occupied homes Requirements Previous experience as a Multi-Trader Experience working within social housing or reactive maintenance Basic DBS required CSCS card preferred BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Package £23.00 per hour (Umbrella) 40 hours per week 8:00am to 4:30pm Company van provided Fuel expenses covered Temp-to-perm opportunity Immediate starts available If you're an experienced Multi-Trader looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
