Brighton College is seeking to appoint a highly capable PA to the Heads of Sixth Form and Middle School to join our committed team in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a leading educational institution, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of two key senior leadership teams.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and project management support to the Assistant Heads of Sixth Form and Middle School, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Hours of Work: This is a full-time role, working from 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
As PA to the Heads of Sixth Form and Middle School, you will be responsible for managing diaries, organising meetings and events, producing minutes, and handling complex correspondence. You will coordinate parent-facing events, support examinations administration, and oversee a range of projects that contribute to an outstanding student experience. It is a role rooted in organisation, communication, and initiative, making every day varied and meaningful.
PA Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional time management and organisational abilities
- Outstanding attention to detail with a strong command of the English language
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A professional, positive, and proactive approach to all tasks
PA Benefits:
- A salary in the range of £24,000 to £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience
