Level 3 Pre‑School Practitioner 📍 Primary School - Highbridge 🕗 08:30 - 15:30 (Monday to Friday) 💷 £14.25 - £16.68 per hour We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 qualified Pre‑School Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Highbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about supporting young children in their early development. The Role Supporting children within a pre‑school/EYFS setting Delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework Encouraging social, emotional, and educational development Working collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment Requirements Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent) Experience working within an EYFS or pre‑school setting A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child development Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate of £14.25 - £16.68, depending on experience and pay type Consistent school‑hours schedule (08:30-15:30) Friendly, supportive school environment Opportunity to make a real difference during a crucial stage of child development📩 Interested?
