Salary: £38,628 per annum

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:40, 40 hours per week (1.5 overtime rate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook and present fresh, high-quality food for a busy corporate retail environment.
• Deliver daily food production, including hot dishes, soups, bakery items, jacket potatoes and weekly street food concepts.
• Support smooth kitchen operations through efficient batch cooking, preparation and service delivery.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, hygiene and food safety standards in line with company SOPs.
• Train, support and motivate junior team members, leading by example at all times.
