Sous Chef

Role: Senior Grill Chef, ideal for a sous chef ready to step up
- Cooking over live fire is at the heart of the role. The grill section is theirs to run and own.
- Reports directly to Aidan
- Part of leadership for a small team
- Real creative input into menu development

Leading kitchen services
Experience on larder, grill and running the pass
Proficient in all areas of prep including fish & meat prep and pastry work
Ensure all food hygiene standards are adhered to at all times

Looking for:
- Ideally 3 years' kitchen experience, with some sous chef experience
- Small team management experience, or a strong ambition to build it
- A real passion for grill and fire cooking, and ambition to develop their own cooking

Hours and pay:
- Around 4 shifts a week, 12pm to 11pm, evenings with occasional lunch events
- 42 to 48 hours a week
- £39k to £45k a year including tronc, depending on hours (£18 an hour)
