Senior Underwriter - US Delegated Authority & Professional Lines

Eames are working with a leading global insurer who are looking to hire a Senior Underwriter / Portfolio Lead into their London team.

The role is focused on underwriting and managing a portfolio of US delegated business across Professional Lines, Allied Healthcare and Cyber, working closely with MGAs, coverholders and specialist brokers.

Alongside hands-on underwriting, the successful candidate will take responsibility for portfolio performance, business planning, underwriting strategy and the development of key trading relationships. There will also be responsibility for supporting and developing other underwriters within the team.

They are particularly interested in candidates with experience across Professional Liability, E&O, Healthcare / Medical Malpractice, Cyber or broader Financial Lines, ideally with exposure to delegated authority, binders, programs or MGA business.

This would suit an experienced underwriter looking to take on broader portfolio ownership and leadership responsibility within an established international insurer. xwzovoh
