Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to support their busy operations team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who has gained around 6-12 months' experience in an administration or customer service role and is looking to build their skills in a supportive office environment.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support while assisting customers with enquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Full training will be provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as previous experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure queries are resolved promptly.
* Prepare customer quotations and supporting documentation.
* Update and maintain accurate customer records using the company's internal system.
* Liaise with colleagues and external suppliers to help coordinate customer requests.
* Support the wider team with general administrative tasks.
* Ensure all customer information is recorded accurately and kept up to date.
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and enjoys helping people.
Ideally, you'll have:
* 6-12 months' experience in an administration, customer service or office support role.
* A friendly and professional telephone manner.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
* The ability to manage your workload and work to deadlines.
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a proactive approach.
