Nursing Home Manager Location: Angus Salary: £60,000 per annum We're looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Angus, part of a large, reputable care provider. The home currently holds Care Inspectorate grades of 4 (Good), and we're seeking a confident leader to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a high-performing care team. Deliver safe, person-centred nursing and residential care. Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory requirements. Manage quality, staffing, budgets and occupancy. Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellent resident outcomes. About You Previous experience managing a nursing home. Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC Pin preferred. Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and Scottish care regulations. Proven leadership, people management and organisational skills. Experience achieving positive inspection outcomes and managing home performance.
