About the role
The Scottish Government is seeking a Head of Seeds, Varieties and Trial Support to oversee vital seed certification and variety testing services. This role involves managing three specialist teams within SASA, contributing to high-quality agricultural support for Scotland.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership to staff and ensure effective delivery of testing and certification services, while advising policymakers and leading the GM Inspectorate as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
