Data Modeller £500 per day | Outside IR35 | 12 Month Contract – Likely Extension Hybrid – Stratford, London | 2 Days Onsite per Week   We are partnering with a large global education technology organisation operating across 100+ countries, generating more than £600m in annual revenue and engaging with over 2.5 million users globally.   The organisation is undertaking a major technology and data transformation, bringing its digital products onto a single global platform, supported by a shared data model, common taxonomy and canonical customer and learner records.   We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Modeller / Data Analyst to help define the enterprise-wide data structures underpinning this transformation.   Core responsibilities: Working closely with the Chief Data & Technical Architect, you will: Develop enterprise conceptual and logical data models Define canonical / golden customer and learner records Establish shared taxonomies, business glossaries and data definitions Analyse complex data across multiple legacy and modern platforms Perform source-to-target mapping and identify data quality issues Define data models supporting APIs, integrations and event-driven architectures Work closely with Data Engineering, Architecture and Product teams Facilitate workshops to establish consistent enterprise-wide data definitions Maintain data models, mappings and governance artefacts throughout the programme  Essential skill set: Experience of working within Education Technology or Global SaaS corporations is a must have Strong enterprise conceptual and logical data modelling experience Experience across complex, multi-system environments Strong knowledge of MDM, canonical/golden records and taxonomy management Excellent SQL and data analysis capabilities Experience with recognised data modelling tools Understanding of APIs, integration patterns and event-driven architecture Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Knowledge of graph / knowledge-graph modelling would be advantageous  This is an opportunity to play a key role in a major global transformation, defining the enterprise data model and standards that will underpin a new generation of digital products used by millions of people worldwide
