Facade Manager

Façade Lead - Tier 1 Principal Contractor Central London I'm currently working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who is looking for an experienced Façade Lead to take ownership of a £20m façade package on a major new-build commercial scheme in Central London. The package covers a complex range of façade elements, including a unitised primary façade, natural and reconstructed stone cladding, feature metalwork and architectural finishes, terrace balustrades and screening, roof pavilion glazing and façade access systems, alongside key interfaces with MEP penetrations, smoke ventilation, roof plant screening and waterproofing. We're looking for someone with strong façade experience, proven Tier 1 project delivery and a track record of longevity on major schemes. This would also suit an ambitious No.2 Façade Manager / Senior Façade Manager who is ready to step up and take the lead on a major £20m package.
