Bring bids to life. A leading Tier 1 construction organisation is looking for a talented Bid Co-ordinator to join its high-performing Work Winning team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail and a passion for design, presentation and creating high-quality, compelling bid documents .
You'll play a key role in bringing proposals together, taking information from across the business and turning it into polished, professional and visually engaging submissions that stand out with clients.
What you'll be doing Coordinate and support the production of tenders, PQQs, expressions of interest, case studies and presentations.

Bring creativity and structure to bid documents through formatting, design and visual presentation .

Create simple, impactful graphics and develop engaging presentation slides.

Coordinate and collate content from across the business, ensuring client requirements are fully addressed.

Proofread and quality-check submissions, ensuring they are clear, consistent, accurate and professionally presented.

Manage deadlines across multiple bids and ensure submissions are delivered on time.

Support proposal reviews and contribute ideas to continually improve bid quality.

Manage online client portals and coordinate the submission of final bids.

Maintain bid content, knowledge and supporting resources.

What we're looking for You'll have previous experience within bids, proposals, marketing or a similar environment , ideally within construction or infrastructure.
Most importantly, you'll have:
Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for design and presentation .

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Word .

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software such as InDesign, Illustrator or Visio.

Excellent proofreading, formatting and written communication skills.

The ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative approach and confidence working with stakeholders across the business.
