Our client is a human rights charity. They stand for lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer, questioning and ace (LGBTQ+) people everywhere. They imagine a world where all LGBTQ+ people are free to be themselves and can live their lives to the full.
Over the last 35 years, they have helped create transformative change in the lives of LGBTQ+ people in the UK. Their campaigns drive positive change in public attitudes and public policy.
They ensure LGBTQ+ people can thrive throughout their lives by building deep, sustained change programmes with the institutions that have the biggest impact on them, whether they're learning, working, praying or playing sport.
As Head of Income, you would be a key part of a team of driven, passionate people who are working together to deliver our client's organisational strategy. For this role they are looking for someone with very strong commercial leadership experience, excellent relationship management skills and a commitment to equity, inclusion and LGBTQ+ rights.
Their people make up a vibrant, dynamic community.
