Your role as our Sous Chef:

Support the Head Chef in leading and developing the kitchen team
Deliver fresh, seasonal, high-quality dishes
Oversee stock control, GP and kitchen performance
Maintain excellent food safety and consistency standards
Train, coach and support junior chefs
