Supervisor (Nightshift)

As Site Supervisor, you will work closely with Fabrication Management, Project Managers, Team Leaders, Quality, Health & Safety and Manufacturing Teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

What does the role look lIke?

• Liaise with the Fabrication Management team to establish project priorities, resource requirements and delivery schedules.
• Read, interpret and apply fabrication and construction drawings to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate proactively with Project Management teams regarding labour requirements and workload planning.
• Supervise fabrication operations, ensuring employees and subcontractors are working safely, efficiently and to programme.
• Manage plant and equipment deliveries and allocate resources to maximise productivity and workflow.
