About the role

CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR Beaconsfield £50, 000 - £65,000 per annum A hands-on fee-earning role within a friendly, well-established law firm where teamwork and excellent client care genuinely matter. We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to manage residential property matters while supporting and overseeing two members of the conveyancing team. As part of a small firm, you will be happy to contribute wherever needed and play an active part in its continued growth. The role Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and registration Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and unregistered properties Review contract packs, searches, mortgage offers and title documentation Raise and respond to enquiries and prepare clear reports for clients Oversee exchange, completion, SDLT and Land Registry requirements Maintain accurate files, AML checks and regulatory compliance Supervise, train and support conveyancing assistants and trainees Build strong relationships with clients, agents and other professionals Support business-development and local networking activitiesAbout you You will be a qualified UK solicitor with approximately 5–10 years’ residential conveyancing experience. You should understand the complete process from initial instruction through to post-completion. Applications are also welcomed from experienced candidates whose recent work has focused more heavily on the pre-completion stages. Thorough, organised and confident managing your own caseload An excellent communicator with a strong commitment to client care Comfortable supervising and developing support staff Commercially aware and keen to contribute to the firm’s growth A collaborative, all-hands-on-deck team member A driver with access to your own vehicleThe successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS check before starting.
