Join one of the UK's leading banking groups as a Customer Advisor and build a career in financial services. ✅ £14.02 per hour ✅ Hybrid working - work from home 3 days a week after training ✅ Monday-Friday only ✅ 30 days holiday ✅ Weekly pay ✅ 6-month contract with progression opportunities What you'll do: Support customers with investment and stockbroking account queries Resolve complex enquiries and deliver excellent customer service Investigate account issues and provide first-contact resolution Maintain accurate records and follow banking regulations What we're looking for: Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Financial services, banking or insurance experience desirable📍 Leeds City Centre 🕒 Rotating shifts between 8am-9pm (7-hour shifts) 🏢 First 8 weeks office-based, then hybrid Ready to take the next step in your career?
