The role offers plenty of variety, exposure to NEC contracts and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.What's on OfferSalary of 48,000 - 58,0005,000 Car AllowanceDiscretionary BonusPrivate HealthcareContributory Pension Scheme25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysStructured career development and genuine opportunities for progressionLong-term job security with a growing infrastructure contractorThe Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for supporting the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of contracts, working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably while maintaining strong client relationships.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the commercial management of projects from contract award through to final accountPreparing and submitting valuations, applications for payment and compensation events/variationsMonitoring project costs, budgets and forecasts to maximise commercial performanceAssisting with the preparation of Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and other commercial reportingProcuring and commercially managing subcontractors and suppliersBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholdersIdentifying commercial risks and opportunities while providing practical commercial advice to operational teamsSupporting negotiations and assisting with the agreement of final accountsAbout You We're keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors who have experience working within highways, traffic management, utilities, infrastructure or the wider civil engineering sector.You'll ideally have previous Quantity Surveying experience gained within highways, traffic management, utilities or a wider civil engineering environment.
