FP&A Manager

Role: FP&A Manager Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in Hemel Hempstead office)

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a dynamic and growing finance team. This role offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration, with two days per week based in the Hemel Hempstead office.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
Deliver high-quality financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Produce monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and insightful commentary
Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to challenge performance and support commercial decisions
Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis
Drive improvements in FP&A processes, reporting tools, and data quality
Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as required

Requirements

Proven experience in an FP&A or management accounting role at a similar level
Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience working in a fast-paced, commercial environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider finance team
